(Doors close at 11:00 pm)

 This is the ultimate house party on a one-acre private lot.  Costume contest with prizes. 

Pool, jacuzzi, outdoor cabanas, indoor playrooms, DJ, bartender, onsite masseuse, door prizes, games, and free parking. Legendary Brook’s onsite smoked BBQ, food, and mixers provided.

BYOB, BYOC, and BYOT (towels).
